This policy is part of the Krenos Terms of Service. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
1. Who processes payments
Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, charges applicable taxes, issues your invoice and sends refunds to your original payment method. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, which Paddle shows you at checkout.
2. Cancelling a subscription
- Cancel at any time from Account → Billing → Manage subscription, or by emailing support@krenos.co.in from your account email address.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the free plan.
- We do not charge a cancellation fee, and you never need to call anyone to cancel.
3. Refunds
3.1 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are buying a Krenos subscription for the first time, you can get a full refund of that first payment by asking within 14 days of the payment date. You do not need to give a reason.
3.2 Renewals. Renewal payments, monthly or yearly, are not refundable. The exceptions are:
- where applicable law gives you a right to a refund;
- where we charged you in error; and
- where we materially reduced a paid feature during the period you paid for, as described in the Terms.
To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date. For yearly plans, we or Paddle will email you a reminder before the renewal.
3.3 Duplicate or wrong charges. If you were charged twice or the wrong amount, contact us and we will put it right in full.
3.4 Consumers in the EU and UK. You have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Our 14-day guarantee on your first payment honours that right. Paddle's buyer terms explain how it works for digital services you start using straight away.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email support@krenos.co.in from your account email address with:
- your Paddle order or transaction number (it is on your receipt);
- the reason, if you would like to share it.
You can also use the link in your Paddle receipt to contact Paddle directly. After a refund is approved, it usually appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve billing problems faster. While a chargeback is open, we may pause paid features on the account.
6. Abuse
We may refuse refunds where we see a pattern of abuse, such as repeatedly subscribing and asking for refunds.
7. Free plan
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. We may change free-plan limits, as described in the Terms.
