2. Misuse of the AI tools and platform

You must not use Krenos, its AI features or anything you build with it to:

  • create phishing pages or pages that collect passwords, payment details or one-time codes under false pretences, including pages that imitate a bank, payment provider, government body or any other real organisation;
  • create or distribute malware, ransomware, credential stealers, or exploits used against systems you are not authorised to test;
  • run scams or fraud, including fake shops, fake invoices or receipts, investment schemes, and fake support pages;
  • send spam, or build tools for sending it;
  • produce or share child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors. We have zero tolerance for this: we remove it, keep the evidence, and report it to the authorities;
  • produce or share non-consensual intimate imagery, including sexual "deepfakes" of real people;
  • harass, threaten, stalk or dox anyone;
  • spread election misinformation, or impersonate public officials or candidates;
  • get around the safety systems of Krenos or of any AI provider, or break the usage policies of the provider serving your request;
  • collect personal data through things you build without a proper notice and any consent the law requires;
  • present AI output to others as professional medical, legal or financial advice;
  • resell or share access, create multiple free accounts, or get around quotas and rate limits;
  • interfere with the Service, for example with denial-of-service attacks, unauthorised scanning, or attempts to reach other users' data.

Good-faith security research is welcome. Report vulnerabilities to security@krenos.co.in. Do not access other users' data or disrupt the Service, and give us reasonable time to fix an issue before you disclose it.

3. What we do about violations

Depending on how serious and repeated the violation is, we may:

  • remove content or disable access to it, including share links;
  • restrict features;
  • suspend or terminate the account;
  • preserve records and report to law enforcement where the law requires it or where someone may be harmed.

We act on content we are told about, through a report or a lawful order, or that we otherwise become aware of. We do not monitor all content in advance. Where the law allows and it is safe to do so, we tell the account holder what we removed and why. They can ask for a review through the Grievance Redressal process.
