Frequently asked questions
Can I try KRENOS before paying?
Yes. The Starter plan is free and includes a monthly AI request quota. No credit card is required.
What happens when I hit my usage limit?
You will see the current quota state before more AI calls are accepted. We keep limits explicit so cost and usage are not a surprise. Requests made with your own provider key do not count towards the quota.
How do I cancel?
From Account → Billing → Manage subscription, or by emailing support. Cancelling stops renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Your first payment for a subscription is fully refunded if you ask within 14 days. Renewals are not refundable, except where the law requires it or we made a billing error.
Who handles payments, and are taxes included?
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Prices are in US dollars. Paddle adds any applicable tax, such as GST or VAT, and shows the total before you pay.
What AI models power KRENOS apps?
Requests go to the model provider serving the model in use. Each provider, where it processes data and whether it may train on inputs, is listed on our sub-processors page. Krenos never trains models on your content.
